Decathlon account members enjoy an incredible 365-Day Return Window for qualifying sporting goods. For guest shoppers, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Return Conditions & Free In-Store Returns
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached and in original shoe boxes or packaging. You can return any item FREE of charge at any Decathlon retail store.
Mail-In Return Process & Refunds
To return by mail, log in to your account and generate a prepaid shipping label ($8.00 flat fee deducted from refund). Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
